Shipping Policy:

I ship worldwide from Israel, by registered air mail via Israel Post.

​

Since I craft all of my items to order, please allow up to 15 business days to prepare your order and up to 20 business days for shipping. 

​

Your order will be secured in the box to avoid any damage on its journey to you. However, if there is a problem with the item you received - please contact me and I'll be happy to help.

I will follow the tracking number to ensure the package arrives to you in time.

I will do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on local customs, holidays, etc.

 

Any customs and import taxes that may apply are on the buyer. I can not be responsible for delays due to customs.

Return/exchange/refund policy:

I hope you will love your Chen Taoz's order! However, If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange the items within 10 days of receiving the order.

 

Products purchased from stock can only be exchanged. It is not possible to make returns or exchanges on products that were custom made according to the customer's order and especially for him.
 

Before returning your item please send an email to let me know to expect it.

 

Items must be returned in the condition received. 

In the event of a return or exchange, I ask you to cover inbound shipping. However, if the item is damaged in any way, please contact me before shipping it back as I might send you a new item without asking you to not ship it back.

In general, to receive a refund or exchange for a damaged item, the product must be sent back. The decision whether to waive return shipping is at my sole discretion.

 

If I ask you to ship back a damaged item shipping cahrges will be on me, but if you ship the item back on your own without me asking for it, I will not be able to refund you for the shipping cost.

Once the item is received and checked, I will contact you to confirm the refund has been made, or discuss further with you.

Product instructions and warranty:

The installation of the product will be done by a qualified electrician on behalf of the customer.

Before cleaning the item must be disconnected from the electricity and the items can be cleaned with a dry or damp cloth only.

Warranty will be given subject to presentation of a receipt only.

The validity of the warranty is as specified in the receipt and up to 5 years, provided that the item was installed by a qualified electrician and in accordance with the studio's instructions.

No warranty will be given for damages caused to the items by the customer and/or to a third party as a result of installation and/or use of the product not in accordance with the instructions. It is hereby clarified that the warranty will not apply to breakage, including broken glass, defect or damage to the item, damages caused as a result of cleaning the item in any cleaning materials and/or resulting from the use of inappropriate light bulbs and/or resulting from an external event unrelated to the studio, including an accident, fire, flood, faults in the electrical network and/or resulting from damage caused by negligence or malice on the part of the client and/or someone who is not a representative of the studio.

Some of the items are supplied with high-quality LED bulbs that are adapted to the lighting fixtures in their power and shape. The warranty does not apply to the bulbs, which must be replaced from time to time as needed.​

Storage of orders:

​

Orders can be stored to your request for up to 30 days from the date of the order, after 30 days a storage charge will apply, unless otherwise agreed at the time of the order only.

Terms of Payment:

​

You can pay with Credit/Debit Cards or bit or manual payment trough bank transfer or cash.

 

The work on the order will start after the transfer of payment.

 

The goods are owned by Chen Taoz Studio until payment is fully done.
